A B2C marketplace and leading resource for millions of users to discover cosmetic procedures, connect with medical providers, and share their experiences.

Championed the “Component Standardization Initiative

Reduced design review times & increased developer productivity with a YoY savings of over $60,000 & approximately 1,248 hours.

Identified pain points & collaborated with Design to establish consistent UI patterns, intuitive labeling, enhanced review processes, communication channels, & improved discoverability.
Authored comprehensive and user-friendly documentation
Developed and led trainings to educate design and engineering.

Verified Doctor Feature & Badge

Enabled users to effortlessly identify verified doctors through distinct badges on their profile photos across the site.

Wrote an AWS Lambda microservice that runs hourly to assess and update doctors' eligibility for the Verified Program in the database.
Added the Verified Doctor badge Component to identify “verified” drs.
Wrote comprehensive documentation & testing for microservice.
Added CloudWatch alerting and monitoring.

Sitewide Rebrand & SEO Improvements

Executed sitewide rebrand and codebase migration to React.
Implemented site-wide SEO improvements, including implementing Google Analytics, GTM tags/tracking, Dr Finder, sitemap cleanup, and page indexing enhancements. Prioritized accessibility by making the platform more user-friendly.
Migrated Site Pages from AngularJS to React, Fixed missing metadata & Sitemap errors

Business / Dr Profiles & Dashboard

Improved profiles & dashboard tools for doctors, staff, and admins.

Enhanced Business Profiles by implementing staff roles & permissions, and features like business hours and pricing information.

Business Office Hours & Staff

Designed a full-stack "Business Hours" feature, which involved database migrations and the creation of a user-friendly dashboard for businesses to input and showcase their operating hours on their respective business page.
Built the front-end for adding staff members and assigning roles within the dashboard. Created the staff profile modal on business pages to display data.

Staff Answers

Designed full-stack feature to allow Nurse Staff to answer user’s questions (previously only accessible to drs).

Improved client experience by automating user account creation when adding a new staff member with answer permissions.
Added a topic-filtered Q&A section into the business dashboard, exclusively accessible to staff with answer permissions.
Enhanced answer cards to showcase staff and business information.
Introduced a Q&A section to the business pages.

Provider Details

Added Provider Details to Doctor’s Profiles so potential clients could easily compare various doctor’s experiences.

Procedure Pages - Fast Facts & Cost

Led Procedure Cost Page Optimization empowering the content team to independently manage procedure data, ensuring users have access to the most up-to-date information, and reducing reliance on engineering for updates.

Created Contentful Models and integrated them into an AWS Lambda.
Migrated the page from AngularJS to React and seamlessly integrated data returned from the AWS Lambda microservice.
